The focus of the Women & Fashion FilmFest and WomenFashFilm.com is to harness the creativity of the “image-making” industries, fashion, entertainment and media, to inspire and influence people in positive ways that promotes self-empowerment. Education and outreach form a critical part of our platform. Through our festival and programs with academic communities, we are creating opportunities for women and students to develop skills and to showcase their work. For the next Women & Fashion FilmFest, we will be launching for the first time a Girls Film Festival as part of our program. In partnership with the Sparks Movement, Scenarios USA and other non-profits, we will be screening a selection of films made by girls to help teach self-discovery and self-empowerment through filmmaking. 

 

The Women & Fashion FilmFest is a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization. Contributions for the purposes of Women & Fashion FilmFest are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
